How I completely redesigned HHW’s website to streamline the new patient experience, making it easier to understand our services and request an appointment.

Overview

Before the redesign, Happy Health & Wellness’s website had confusing navigation, poor visual hierarchy, and accessibility issues that made it difficult for patients, especially older users, to understand what we offer and how to book care. As a health brand, clarity and usability weren’t just nice to have, they were essential.


The site also suffered from extremely low color contrast, failing to meet WCAG standards, which made reading difficult for many users. I addressed this by refreshing the brand’s color palette and typography to prioritize legibility, especially on mobile, where most traffic comes from.


In redesigning the site, I focused on simplifying the experience for first-time users, making it easier to request an appointment in just a 3 clicks. By aligning the website with the brand’s core values of clarity, care, and accessibility, HHW now delivers a more welcoming and trustworthy first impression for every visitor.
